  • The effects of generalizations on cultures, their usefulness and their drawbacks
  • Stable reference points: dimensions developed by E. T. Hall, G. Hofstede
  • Cultural biases in communication
  • Difference between description, interpretation, evaluation
  • Deepen learning about cultural dimensions at work and elsewhere
  • Application of the tools on situations as close as possible to the business
  • Impact of intercultural situations on e-mail communication
  • Careful: all is not “cultural”!…
  • Strategies and tactics to communicate by e-mail efficiently
