MyStory is a series of unique videos that recreate the experience of a novice manager as they navigate through the trials and tribulations of meeting a new team. It’s the ideal choice for organisations who want to effectively train new managers and encourage them to excel in their role.

Each self-contained, interactive video highlights a specific challenge any new manager might face. The videos can be followed as a series, but each works as a standalone training resource too, if preferred.

These challenges range from meeting the team to dealing with a complex handover. The learner has time to analyse the subject’s performance, and then is directed to compare their observations with an expert’s comments.
